Talks will take place on Tuesdays of Lent at 7pm in St John’s Hall.
This year each community will explore a different aspect of the Lenten/Easter story in any shape or form they wish-talk/drama/DVD/art/poetry/music/etc.
Tuesday 12th March. Theme: LENT led by St John’s
Tuesday 19th March. Theme: PALM SUNDAY led by St Luke’s
Tuesday 26th March. Theme: HOLY THIRSDAY led by SNL
Tuesday 2nd April. Theme: GOOD FRIDAY and HOLY SATURDAY led by St Andrew’s
Tuesday 9th April. Theme: EASTER SUNDAY led by KJ
PALM SUNDAY In St John’s at 6.30pm led by St John’s community.
GOOD FRIDAY WALK OF WITNESS. Friday 19th April at the Boat flower bed at Station Park at 8.50am for a 9am sharp start. 
Angus will provide the Cross and guide us through our course and Fr Jim will co-ordinate the different prayer stops. It was agreed that a different person will carry the cross from stage to stage beginning with Angus to St Andrew’s then a St Andrew’s rep to St Luke’s then a St Luke’s rep to St John’s and a St John’s rep to the Cemetery with the cross returned to Angus for safe keeping at the end.
St Andrew’s invite us for a tea/coffee afterwards.
SNL will lead this service this year at 7am on Easter Sunday (21st April). Back to St John’s for the traditional bacon sandwich.

Wednesday morning Communion Service is to be extended to include lunch. Coffee & chat will follow the Service but anyone can come later for lunch at Noon. Soup will be provided & those coming may bring their own sandwiches etc. This starts weekly on Wed 5 Sept 2018, with the exception the 3rd Wed of the month. See full notice in the Hall.
